Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the USA at this time.
Print on Demand
All of our products are custom made-to-order using print-on-demand technology through our partner Printify. Each item is printed, packaged, and shipped directly from Printify's fulfillment centers located within the United States.
Because each product is made specifically for you when you place your order, processing times may be longer than traditional retail shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the specific product, order volume, and current demand. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business days (if available for your location)
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Total time from order to delivery is typically 7-17 business days.
Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders from Printify's fulfillment centers to your door. Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different Printify fulfillment centers depending on product availability and location. You will receive separate tracking information for each package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at purelyhues@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you and Printify to resolve the issue promptly.
Lost packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look for any delivery notices left by the carrier
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at purelyhues@gmail.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with Printify.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at purelyhues@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, including:
- Significant delays beyond the estimated delivery window
- Package marked as delivered but not received
- Wrong items received
- Damaged items
Please contact us at purelyhues@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We are committed to resolving any shipping issues promptly.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address or location at our discretion. We do not ship to:
- P.O. boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Countries outside the United States
